Reading some books over the Summer break could earn your kid a thousand dollars!
Four students in Middle Tennessee will win $1000 college scholarship thanks to The Tennesseans for Student Success’ Tristar Reads Contest. The program starts on Tuesday, May 28th and runs until August 4th with the students who read the most in 4 different categories taking home the money.
The categories are:
- 1 elementary school student
- 1 middle school student
- 1 high school student
- 1 overall winner
You have to register online and keep track of your reading hours to participate.
