One of your favorite shopping centers might be getting a revamp soon.
A developer is proposing a huge expansion plan for the CoolSprings Galleria which would include a hotel, apartment complex and new retail and restaurants. The hotel and apartments would be built in the parking lots on the West side of the mall, between the mall and Mallory Lane.
This hasn’t been approved yet, and the public will be notified about meetings so they can give their input during hearing sessions. More details HERE
