PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE TONIGHT
It's debate night for President Obama and Republican rival Mitt Romney. The debate will be held in Denver, Colorado. The nationally-broadcast event starts at nine o'clock, Eastern time, and runs for 90 minutes. Tonight's presidential debate will be moderated by Jim Lehrer, host of the PBS News Hour.

OBAMA, ROMNEY EYE BLINKS COULD DECIDE ELECTION
Some researchers believe how many times you blink your eyes shows your stress level. One guy has gone as far as counting the eye blinks of presidential candidates during debates, and says the candidate who blinked the most lost every election but one since 1980, and the exception is George W Bush, the year he lost the popular vote. The researcher says he'll be counting tonight as President Barack Obama debates Republican Presidential candidate Mitt Romney.

TV ANCHOR FIRES BACK AT ONLINE BULLY
Did you hear about the morning TV NEWS ANCHOR who blasted back at a man who e-mailed her Friday to complain about her weight? In Jennifer Livingston's next day's newscast she gave a message that will have you cheering for her! She pointed out that this is Bullying Prevention Month, and turned the attack on her weight into a message to kids who are being bullied. SEE IT HERE.

GOVERNMENT OFFICES WASTE OF TIME, MONEY
A new report says that 77 "Fusion Offices" created after the 9-11 attacks to help local, state and federal authorities share information about terrorist threats better are, "pools of ineptitude, civil liberties intrusions, and waste." The Senate investigators found the Fusion offices got very little done, though they did manage to spend 1.4 billion dollars on things like "shirt button" cameras, $6,000 laptops, big-screen TVs, and a $45,000, decked-out SUV that a city official drives to work.
TANNING BEDS' TOLL: AT LEAST 170,000 SKIN CANCERS A YEAR
New numbers show at least 170,000 cases of skin cancer each year are linked to indoor tanning. That's 170-thousand cancers that we PAY to walk into the tanning room and give to ourselves! And even if you don't use a tanning bed any longer, your cancer chances are still 30% higher than someone who never has.
WALK TO SCHOOL DAY
Today was Walk to School day in Nashville. You were encouraged to let your kid walk to school and, if possible, to walk with them and take notes. Metro wants you to tell them about things that could make it safer and easier to walk your kid's route, and report it online.
NASHVILLE FIREFIGHTER: BROTHER STABBING WAS SELF-DEFENSE
In an interview with police Tuesday afternoon, Joshua Alexander, a Nashville firefighter at Station 31, claimed when he stabbed his brother to death after Tennessee State University's homecoming game, it was done in self-defense, and witnesses confirm the story. He's on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation.
FORMER TITAN FRANK WYCHECK TO BE INDUCTED INTO SPORTS HALL OF FAME
Former Tennessee Titan Frank Wycheck will be inducted into the Tennessee Sports Hall of Fame. The former tight end played for the Titans from 1995 to 2003 and is the first player for the team to be inducted into the Hall of Fame.
BUTCH CASSIDY'S GUN SELLS FOR 175K AT AUCTION
And a famous handgun once owned by Wild West outlaw Butch Cassidy has Sold for 175-thousand dollars at a California auction house. Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kid were the leaders of an outlaw gang known as the Wild Bunch." Auction officials say the gun is the one that was turned over to a sheriff in Utah in 1899 as part of the outlaw's failed attempt to receive amnesty from Utah's governor.
JOHN TRAVOLTA, OLIVIA NEWTON-JOHN REUNITE FOR ALBUM
Grease stars John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John have gotten back together for a Christmas Album. "This Christmas" will include old favorite Christmas songs, plus a sequel to the hit song, "You're the One That I Want," called, "I Think You Might Like It." It'll also have guest singers, including Barbra Streisand, Tony Bennett and James Taylor.
MIKE TYSON TURNED DOWN FOR CHARITY EVENT
New Zealand won't even let Mike Tyson into the country after finding out he was convicted of rape in 1992. The former world heavyweight boxing champ was supposed to go there to help a charity raise money, but the group says it doesn't want anything to do with the rapist. Tyson is disappointed, because he wanted to meet the native Maori people, who he says were the inspiration for his wild face tattoo. (Tyson was convicted of raping teenaged beauty queen Desiree Washington in 1992.)
HONDA TO RECALL ACCORDS
Honda is recalling more than 600-thousand 2003 to 2007 Honda Accords in the U.S. and Canada: because the power steering hose may leak. You'll get a letter from your dealer telling you how to get it fixed if yours is involved the recall.
