NOMINEE LIST AND PREDICTIONS
If you're headed downtown or working downtown today, don't be in a hurry to get anywhere. There'll be street closings, detours, all kinds of big trucks and equipment and thousands of fans... all for tonight's CMA Awards at Bridgestone Arena. It's live at 7, hosted by Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley.

CELEBS IN TOWN FOR CMA SHOW
There's also a pretty good chance you'll see some celebrities! There are singers and TV stars and reality stars in town for tonight's show. Some of the Duck Dynasty stars will be part of the show, Willie and Jase and their lovely wives, Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood host the show, Taylor Swift will receive the rare Pinnacle Award, there'll be a Lifetime Achievement salute to Kenny Rogers, and a tribute to George Jones who passed away earlier this year.

PAISLEY AND WIFE VICTIMS OF DYING DAUGHTER SCAM
Brad and his wife, "Nashville" actress Kimberly Williams-Paisley, will ALSO be featured on Nightline tonight... because they were victims of what's called the "dying daughter" scam... It's where someone approaches a celebrity, and says,"My daughter is dying of cancer, here's her photo, she's your biggest fan," and basically milks that angle for all it's worth. Turns out, no dying girl. Just a woman who LIFTED photos of a REAL kid with cancer from Facebook. Paisley says he even sang over the phone to the person he thought was the sick child. Nightline tracked down the woman who's been hoaxing people with that story. They say they found her at a campground in Wyoming. That show airs late tonight. (http://abcnews.go.com/nightline)

BULLYING NFL PLAYER SUSPENDED
The Miami Dolphins have taken the unprecedented action of suspending player Richie Incognito, indefinitely, for bullying. The situation kind of came to a head after player Jonathan Martin turned in voicemails and text messages showing Incognito using the N-word to describe Martin and threatening his family. The NFL is now investigating the Dolphins' workplace. Some other teams are reportedly looking into so-called "team traditions" where older teammates make the new members buy them super-expensive meals and trips.

Take some hankies in to work with you November 15th. That's when the Make-A-Wish foundation is set to pull off a mini-miracle by helping a little boy with leukemia live out his dream of being a super hero. Miles is five, and to fulfill his Make a Wish, the foundation is transforming parts of San Francisco to look like Gotham City. The San Francisco Police Chief is in on it. He'll announce that he needs help fighting a crime spree, and ask if anyone knows the whereabouts of BATKID.  The little boy will get to "rescue" people, and then get the key to city in front of a big crowd. It happens a week from this Friday... and I'll remind you, and post the link so you can follow along online.

SPIDERS IN BANANAS?
A British family says they had to leave their London home after dozens of apparently deadly spiders sprouted from a banana bought from a local supermarket.  Consi Taylor, 29, was halfway through eating a banana when she noticed that the small white patch on the piece of fruit was not mold but spiders, hatching out on her table.  Her local pest control company said the tiny critters could be Brazilian wandering spiders, a species that Guinness World Records designated the world's most venomous spider in 2010.
