ENDANGERED CHILD ALERT ISSUED
Police are asking you to look out for a 3 year-old Haywood County boy, that's in west Tennessee, who's with his mom. She does not have custody of him. There's an endangered child alert in effect for Daniel Chandler. The toddler has blonde hair and blue eyes, his mom is thought to be driving a green Nissan Altima with a license plate that ends with 40P.
WASHINGTON STATE RESIDENTS WITHOUT POWER AFTER STORMS
There are some 23 thousand people without power in Washington State because of storms, record rainfall and mudslides. And they're not expected to get a break on the weather until this weekend.
FATAL HOUSE EXPLOSION IN INDIANAPOLIS NOW CRIMINAL HOMICIDE INVESTIGATION
Authorities are now investigating that fatal house explosion in Indianapolis as a criminal homicide case. The explosion killed two people and damaged dozens of homes. Search warrants are being printed and police are looking for a white van that had been seen in the neighborhood before the blast.
FATHER RYAN BAND ON WAY TO PERFORM IN MACY'S PARADE
Eighty-three marching band members from Father Ryan High School are on their way to marching's biggest stage: the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Two red buses filled with students and their chaperones arrive in Manhattan today (Tuesday). A Mix 92.9 listener called and told us that the band members will then go straight to one of the areas hit by Hurricane Sandy, and perform a concert for the victims, and people working on cleanup and recovery.
HEALTH: UNEMPLOYMENT RAISES HEART ATTACK RISK
A new study suggests being unemployed raises your risk of having a heart attack. The risk even increases for people who've only been jobless for a short time.
HEALTH: BREAST CANCER LINKED TO CHEMICAL JOBS
And a different new study finds that women who work in jobs that expose them to chemicals have a greater risk of developing breast cancer. The jobs that the study suggests raise breast cancer risks by 42 percent include metalworking, food canning, plastics, FARMING, and bars and casinos.

POLICE WARNING ABOUT A NEW SCAM
If you have an older family member, you HAVE to sit down and have THE TALK with them. There are people who will prey, specifically, on older people. Tell your parents and grandparents that police have issued a warning about the latest scam. A 77 year old woman was tricked into withdrawing thousands of dollars from her bank account, when two men knocked on her door, they called each other by rank, such as "detective, and lieutenant" and she thought they were police. They told her someone had hacked into her BANK account and was going to take her money if she didn't go take it out first. Unfortunately no one at the bank got suspicious, the woman took out the money, and the thieves took it from her. ( 74-CRIME.)
SCHOOLS WILL CHANGE REPORTING SYSTEM FOR BUSES
School officials are changing policy for Metro school buses, after a little girl got off the bus Friday afternoon with a bloody nose. Brandi Lyons says the bus driver told her he was driving too fast and had to slam on the brakes, causing her daughter to hit the seat in front of her. When Lyons called school officials, however, she says the driver had told them the girl fell asleep and slid off the seat. School officials say because of the incident, they are implementing a new protocol for drivers reporting things that happen on the bus.

There are some Thanksgiving specials on TV this week that you may want to check out. Glee is Thursday, the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade starts Thursday morning at 9, with Miley Cyrus, The Jonas Brothers and more, and "A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving" airs tomorrow night and Thursday, 8pm on ABC. The Charlie Brown Thanksgiving special originally aired in 1973.

CALIFORNIA MASS SHOOTING SUSPECT INCOMPETENT FOR TRIAL
The man accused in April's mass shooting at small college in Oakland, California is incompetent to stand trial for the deaths of seven people. That was the conclusion of a court-appointed psychiatrist at yesterday's hearing for Oikos University defendant One Goh [[ won go ]]. The doctor determined that the 43-year-old has "paranoid schizophrenia" and isn't able to cooperate with his legal team.
