Top Toy List for 2010

Toys R Us just released their 2010 Hot Toys List for the upcoming holiday season. Pillow pets, Kinect for Xbox, Squish Pencil Toppers, Calico Critters, Lalaloopsy dolls, Playstation Move bundle, Nerf N-Strike and Toy Story 3 toys are just a few of the 36 toys featured in the hot toy list.

Last year, the must-have toy for the Christmas shopping season were the Zhu Zhu Pets motorized toy hamsters. Much like other popular holiday toys from the past like Tickle Me Elmo and Cabbage Patch Dolls, they flew off the shelves and caused the usual parent frenzy.

This year, heavy advertising by Ontel Products Corp, the makers of Pillow Pets, indicates that this might be a hard to find toy for the 2010 holiday season once children start spreading the word about them.
