LOCAL MAN ARRESTED, ANOTHER WANTED, FOR STEALING TEXTBOOKS FROM LOCAL SCHOOLS
A 28 year old local man is charged with stealing textbooks from three universities, including Lipscomb, and reselling them. Metro police say John Jones and his accomplice found a set of keys left in a door by a cleaning crew, grabbed them, and stole thousands of dollars worth of books from the three schools. Because the two men are young, and look it, apparently no one thought they seemed out of place as they allegedly spent weeks walking around at the schools re-selling the stolen books to students. Jones' was caught through crimestoppers, but his accomplice hasn't been arrested, yet.

AUTISM NUMBERS HIGHER THAN THOUGHT
This just gets more and more crazy... now we find out that there may be a lot more children with autism than doctors thought. It has to do with that forward leaning posture we use when we're leaning- in, texting, playing games, watching videos. It's especially dangerous for older people.

MISSING PLANE LATEST
Still nothing in the search for the missing Malaysian jet, though the search is moving to the northeast because of what's being called a 'credible lead'. It's reportedly new data that suggest the plane was flying faster than they previously thought, meaning it would have fun out of fuel faster, and flown a shorter distance than where they'd been looking. Flight 370 hasn't been seen or heard from since March 8th. The new search area is more accessible, but is still in a section of the Indian Ocean considered extremely dangerous.

AMERICAN IDOL RATINGS DOWN MORE BUT STILL WINS THE NIGHT
Are you still watching "American Idol?" There are still Idol Chats online during and after the show, but the ratings are down again. Last Wednesday's episode, in which Jennifer Lopez apparently let the f-bomb slip, had 9.1 million viewers. Down compared to Idol's all-time high ratings, but still high enough to be the most-watched show of the night.
