TORNADO NUMBERS KEEP RISING IN TN. The tornado numbers just keep rising. The National Weather Service now says we had 14 tornadoes in Tennessee on January 30th, and the number may rise to 18 if more are confirmed like it's thought there will be. The 14 already confirmed tornadoes surpass the previous record of 12 touchdowns on January 24th of 1997
