OBAMAS HONOR LEGACY OF LATE PRESIDENT JOHN F KENNEDY
The President and First Lady took part in services to honor the late President John F. Kennedy, yesterday. The Obamas visited the Kennedy gravesite, then at last night's Medal of Freedom dinner in Washington, DC, President Obama said Kennedy stays with us "not because he left too soon, but because he embodied the character" of the American people.  Tomorrow marks the 50th anniversary of JFK's assassination.

MIDWEST TORNADOES
Climatologists are still trying to determine how many tornadoes actually touched down Sunday in the Midwest.  At least 81 were sighted or reported during the onslaught, which killed eight people and injured hundreds more.  Two of the tornadoes that touched down in Illinois were rated EF-4, with winds that reached at least 166 miles-an-hour.

STORMS, TORNADOES, DEATHS
We had sunshine today that was so bright some people were having a hard time seeing, as they drove in. But in the midwest, some are waking up to find entire city blocks gone. Homes destroyed or damaged, no electricity to start the cleanup or even have a warm breakfast. At least 80 tornadoes hit across the midwest, at least six people are dead, dozens more are injured.

OBAMA PROPOSES A FIX FOR LOST INSURANCE PLANS

TRAFFIC DOWNTOWN EXTRA HEAVY TODAY FOR THURS TITAN'S GAME
it'll be slow going in downtown Nashville later today as football fans head to LP Field for the Titans-Colts game, at exactly the same time that commuters try to leave the area to go home. Woodland Street Bridge closes to regular traffic at 4:30, and fans who normally park in state employee lots won't be able to until after 5. Kickoff at 7:30.

TRACKING DEVICE FOUND ON CAR LINKED TO WYNONNA AND ASHLEY JUDD
An investigation is underway in Franklin after a GPS tracking device discovered on a car was linked to superstar sisters Wynonna and Ashley Judd.
A teenager reportedly brought the car in and asked mechanics to check it for tracking devices, and one was found on the car's undercarriage.
