SNUBBED AFTER DEATH?

My favorite part of the awards shows is the In Memorium. Is that Sick? Probably. But after all is said and done, I like to remember, who I forgot to remember that I forgot. What's wrong with that? However, I always try to find people that were left out and this year's Oscar's was no exceptions.

I just stumbled across this recipe that made me wish it was Thanksgiving. There's no rule that says I can't make it anytime, but it looks and sounds and probably smells like Thanksgiving! SWEET POTATO CUBES WITH CINNAMON ALMONDS 1/2 cup Cinnamon Spiced Almonds 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed 3 TBSP olive oil 1 tsp lemon juice 2 TBSP honey (or pure maple syrup) 2 tsp ground cinnamon Dash of nutmeg 1/8 tsp salt 1/4 tsp ground black pepper Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes, then add them to a mixing bowl.
