A Nashville man died today of Melanoma. His name was Todd Cerney. I never met him. But he changed my life.
Todd was a songwriter. Among others, he wrote a song called "I'll Still Be Loving You" which was recorded and released by Restless Heart in 1987. I was living in Washington D.C. at the time, and I knew nothing about country music. In fact, I had never listened to a country radio station.
My wonderful husband Alan took me out for a romantic Valentine's Day dinner on Saturday. Unfortunately, the place we originally planned to go had an hour wait and neither of us cared enough to hang out so we went searching for somewhere else to dine...at 7:00 p.m.... on Valentine's weekend.
